The compressed air of the air compressor is usually not recommended for direct use for the following reasons:

Condensate may corrode equipment, affect the normal operation and life of equipment, and may also be mixed into the product and affect product quality.

3.Impurities such as dust in compressed air can wear down the relative moving surfaces in cylinders, pneumatic motors, and pneumatic reversing valves, reducing the service life of the system. As a result, compressed air usually needs to be purified to remove impurities such as oil, moisture and dust.

4.Temperature problem: After the air is compressed, the temperature rises sharply, and the air compressor must be equipped with an effective cooling system. If the compressed air is not cooled, the high temperature of the compressed air may cause damage to some temperature-sensitive equipment or products.

5.Safety issues: The air with a certain pressure has strong oxidation, so it is necessary to strictly prevent lubricating oil and other organic substances from mixing into its interior during storage and transportation, so as to avoid oxidation of oil and other organic substances and combustion or explosion accidents in the system.

Therefore, the compressed air obtained directly from the air compressor needs to go through the treatment steps of oil and gas separation, cooling and drying to meet the requirements of use before it can enter the production system. That's why you can't use compressed air directly from an air compressor.
