Oil-free Air Compressors: Core Support for High-Purity Air Sources in the Electronics & Semiconductor Industry

Compressed Dry Air (CDA) serves as a fundamental power source running through wafer fabrication, photolithography and etching, packaging & testing, and PCB processing across the entire electronics and semiconductor industrial chain. In packaging and testing workshops, air compressors power die bonders, wire bonders and automatic sorting equipment. High-purity air blows away impurities on bonding pads to avoid cold solder joints and short circuits. During chip burn-in tests, uniform clean airflow guarantees accurate electrical test data. For PCB and SMT processing, compressed air supports pick-and-place machine adsorption, circuit board cleaning and reflow oven purging; oil-free air prevents oxidation and contamination of electronic components.
