6.Lower the air intake temperature of the air compressor: The air compressor is usually placed indoors, so outdoor air intake can be considered. At the same time, increase the heat dissipation effect of the air compressor, maintain oil quality, and reduce energy loss.

7.Waste heat recovery: Air compressor waste heat recovery can use efficient waste heat recovery equipment to absorb the waste heat of the air compressor to heat cold water, without additional energy consumption, saving a lot of energy for the enterprise.

8.Frequency conversion energy saving: adopt frequency conversion speed regulation to change the running speed of the air compressor, reduce the motor shaft power output and reduce energy waste.

9.Soft start energy saving: Use frequency conversion energy saving device and the soft start function of the inverter to reduce the current impact at startup and extend the life of the equipment.

10.Power factor compensation: reduce reactive power, increase grid active power, and improve equipment efficiency.
